The selection includes The Raissac Vermentino Chardonnay blend, which is a dry french white wine with a blend of 70% Vermentino and 30% Chardonnay and comes from Chateau Raissac located in the Languedoc region of south of France. Since 1837 six generations of the Viennet family have passionately been making wines. The vinyard is currently run by Gustave and Marie Viennet today. The vineyard covers 86 hectares. The soil there has a great variety of composition from alluvium to limestone clay hills rich in marine fossils which gives the wine it's mineral and grapefruit notes with a refreshing finish.
