I had a question about the fact that the automated email system had not generated a french word properly; instantly dealt with (there was no problem it turned out) in a very professional manner, then followed up by email. I bought a large engraved wine glass, which by the way looked great and came in a nice satin lined box. I would highly recommend this seller.
