The crystal Jasmine wine glass was very lightweight which was disappointing. Also it was rather grubby and had not been polished before dispatch. Apart from these two minor issues the service, communication and website are excellent and I would use again for purchasing gifts. Thank You.

I brought this for a keep sake for her 21st birthday. She was speechless when she opened it and liked it very much as the personal touch meant a lot to her. The engraving was very good and made the glass look very sophisticated and look more expensive than what it was. Overall we was both very pleased. I will be using this website in future and would recommend to others.
