Did not receive the correct mug at first however the after service as well as ensuring the product I required was met to excellent standard. However I would recommend staff should be informed about some products the company sell as they were unsure about the mug design i purchased, which led to the first mug being incorrect. | |

There was a problem initially with the attachment I sent with my order but your staff contacted me and it was resolved with the minimum of inconvenience.
