Personalised Shiraz (Red) The service I received was excellent, Sabina went above and beyond my expectations. I was trying to design a personalised wine bottle but the system would not download the image I wanted to use. As I needed to order this at short notice for next day delivery, I was concerned that I would not be able to get the order.
I rang the enquiries number and was fortunate enough to get through to Sabina who immediately took ownership of my query. She recommended I remove the image and design the rest of the label and enter this into the system, she kept me on the phone to check that the design had come through, she then suggested I email my chosen image directly to her, designed the label at that end within a few minutes and sent to me for approval. She had designed the label exactly as I wanted it; she then took payment from me by telephone and arranged for a next day delivery at a reasonable cost.
The bottle arrived exactly when I was told it would and the recipient was absolutely thrilled with her gift.
This is the only second or third time that I have used winegifts4u.co.uk and I would not hesitate to recommend your company based on the experience I have just had with Sabina; she is a credit to your company and as someone who works in a customer service environment, I know that finding someone to take ownership of a query from beginning to end is rare so hope that she is recognised by your company as a valuable employee.
